PART OF THE STORY
Some of the Details
For people like my father who had his path figured out at age 14 it seems that your life is more set. The sense of security from just knowing that WHAT is the thing for you is at times enviable, but obviously not the path that many take.
I didn't know my WHAT as early on, but I was always subconsciously aware of my WHY, and the gift that drove my WHY. I have always been a very empathic person that picked up on others' needs and struggles. My gift in complexity busting has allowed me to see through to the core of the issue of people's struggles and always look for ways to create ease.
I've worked in sales to help others find their needs, I've worked in customer service to assuage people's struggles, and I've brought that experience in-house within an ops team. It was all of those experiences that lead me to here. Having to answer to my customers, my team members my leadership team and investors and managing those expectations and keeping everyone on the same page so that we can all move forward is what I bring to the table. I thrive off helping my team members succeed. Some people have a certain career path they've set and are dedicated to, and some have a calling for the bigger picture and helping others on whatever path that may lead them down.
In 2020 I completed my Master of Science in UX at Kingston Univerisity of London. Since then I've worked as an independent UX Consultant as well as in agencies with focus in Energy, Construction, Healthcare and Education sectors.
